Luxury Rooms H 2000 Roma - Rome

Spent 3 nights here in a Double Room. Loved the spacious layout and the location, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain! A bit warm at times, and the drains were slow, but for the price, it was a solid stay. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch!

I was pleased with great-sized and silent room, which was complete with sofa bed, separate bathrooms plus the bathtub. The staff was amicable and excellent, they were always available.

Enjoyed our stay ! The staff demonstrated excellent kindness, assisting us with dining recommendations nearby. Exploring the area led us to charming cafés and lively streets. Pro tip, adapt your travel plans to embrace evening strolls. Rome sparkles after dark!

Hotel location is good about 5min walk to Trevi fauntain. Room is clean.

The location is fantastic, just minutes from Trevi Fountain. The air conditioning made loud clunking sounds at night.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would have extended the stay, greatly enjoyed the city and hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights, the venue was absolutely fantastic, had perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Nice looking room which had an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioner. The staff was helpful and check in was early

Nice room and good location close to train and centre of Rome.

Staff were initially welcoming but not particularly helpful after that. One annoyance... We asked the desk clerk for our room to not be cleaned as I had a lot of things laid out on the bed to sort through. They removed everything from the bed and piled it all elsewhere just so so they could make the bed. It annoyed me that they moved all my stuff! When we brought this up with desk clerk he took no responsibility for not passing on this request.

I loved the central location, just a short walk from key attractions like Piazza Barberini. The setup of breakfast in the room was such a convenient touch, allowing me to start my day without leaving my cozy space. The friendly and helpful reception staff.

I did not like that there was no sign out front, could not find it. I did not like that there was no lobby or any where to sit. We had to sit out front on the dirty steps in the heat. They would not give me Kleenex to blow my nose, I had to use ruff toilet paper. The rooms were hot and the air did not work good. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

internet was not working, despite complaints to staffs nothing was done.

The bathroom was good and clean, nothing to complain about.

The room itself was in mediocre condition, with noticeable wear and tear. The absence of soundproofing meant I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms.

It was nice to have a free wi-fi access to the internet. The gentleman who was at the reception was very helpful and also speak french.

It was very difficult to find the hotel... Even for the italian taxi driver as there are no signs on the road. The entrance is in fact like the one of an appartement.
